Letter from Buffalo NY dated Nov 28, 1933 reads
Dear Ethel,
I got home safe and immediately went to work. I got to bed early that night and the next morning I did picketing all afternoon. We are having a lot of fun here in Buffalo at present. I expect to do the same Wednesday night. We had one of the boys of the opposing men arrested as I told you we were going to do. His trial comes up Dec. 6th. You can read it all in this clipping I am sending to you. (A red card is the other local, the white is ours). We had to sign papers in order to stop the opposing hams from picketing in front of our theaters. These papers are called injunctions. If one should break the law and try to picket they will immediately be sent to jail. And believe you me the judges do not show any partiality to these fellows.
